Empowerment Trust RMS Workshop Feedback

On Monday the 7th of September 2020, The Empowerment Trust hosted a successful RMS workshop at Oom Wessel se Plaasstal, Somerset East.

The workshop was well attended, exceeding expectations, and received very positive feedback.

The Empowerment Trust would like to acknowledge and give thanks to Heinrich Victor (OVK) who facilitated the workshop.

Additional thanks to all the Empowerment Trust partners for attending, to Gerty van Heerden for organizing the venue, to Lloyd James for welcoming the practical audit to be held on his farm, and to the brokers and the rest of the mohair industry for all their invaluable support.

The RMS workshop also served as a learning experience for the graduates placed by the Empowerment Trust, who also attended and assisted Beauty Mokgwamme, the Empowerment officer, with all the activities presented on the day.

All Empowerment Trust partners received a veterinarian medical package that included various vaccines, dipping products, dosing products, and other veterinary items.
